Returns & Exchanges

If you want to make a change of size or product, keep in mind the following:

1 - You have a period of 15 days to make a change in size or product.

2 - Send us an email to web@fehuhreinn.com with the subject "exchange + the number of your order" and tell us about the item or size you want to make the change.

3 - The same delivery person who brings you the new product will pick up the old one, pack it in the same way you would like to have received it.

4 - Here's the kicker, it's totally FREE.

If you want to return a product:

1 - You have a period of 15 days to make a return.

2 - You do not have to justify the reason for your return, but it always helps us to know it to improve.

3 - Send us an email to web@fehuhreinn.com with the subject "return + the number of your order" to inform us and we will respond with the steps to follow.

4 - We forgot, this is also FREE.
